Automatic door locks

Has anyone experienced any problems with there automatic door locks? Mine makes a chattering noise when the lock / unlock button is activated, does it with the key in the door as well. I trried some white lithium grease around the lock mechanism on the door, helped a little, but still problems.

Would be nice to know which year S80, but this happens in S/V70's as well (what I'm familiar with) and usually means that physical components in the door are misaligned and requires a door panel coming off to see the actual activation of the locking mechanism and an adjustment. Since the locks actually work, I doubt it's the door lock actuator itself.
