I own a 2001 Volvo V70xc I got some problems on it had to replace ball joints and the front left cv axle... After that I started to notice whe I do sharp left turns the Right Front wheel slides inwards.. I told my mom to do the same thing and what happened is that the wheel changed from | to /...
What Can be the cause if this problem?

Go back and check your work. Something is not tight or you have worn parts also on the right side. Nothing should move except at a joint and these points should move naturally - not from wear. The steering rack is fixed and is pulling the right side in - check for control arm bushings and ball joints on the right. You want natural rotation not slide - sounds you have slide due to excessive and very dangerous wear.

+1 on the ball joint. A loose nut where it goes into the knuckle will cause this.
