2001 S80 Drivers Seat will not incline

The up and down function and memory function works, but it is stuck in the fully declined position and will not move. When you press the button it clicks, but nothing happens.

Sounds like the button works, so it's either the control module or the motor. Take a look underneath make sure motor plug is fully seated and there's no corossion at the plug. I'd get a wiring diagram and check for voltage at motor connector when pressing switch. If voltage present motor's bad. If no voltage at motor when pressing button then the control module or harness are defective.

I'd try a salvage yard. May not be able to replace motor so you may have to go with full seat and swap trim/foam. Hopefully it's module or wiring.
