Im upgrading my 850 to 19T turbo + Tune + exhaust
Im running original clutch, its 150 thousand KM old.
Is the original clutch going to hold new power?

It should be fine. Unless you really abuse them the clutch should last around 350,000 km.

I got 229,500 miles out of my original clutch, but it was stock power in a non-turbo V70.

I would just go with the R Clutch disc, its going to hold more power for sure and it doesn't cost a lot. I'm on a stock clutch(208,000 miles) and ARD blue tune and definitely want to upgrade to the R clutch but I need to sort suspension and brakes first.

No. Clutch will slip.
Don't bother with the 'R' clutch as it is insufficient for the 19T.
