2015 CX70 daytime running lights

Would like to keep my daytime running lights on along with my regular lights on. Nothing that I can do via the dash settings and two dealers both have said no can do---its software, if it can be turned off in certain conditions, it can be turned on! Anyone out there know how to do? My wifes 14 XC60 is setup this way and I want the additional lighting to be seen and see. Thanks in advance for any help. Jim

Your dealer can do this in software. It's not available from the driving position

I hate them and have turned them off on all our cars.

yape, DRLs can be disabled or enabled via Volvo approved software---VIDA
