HD version of volume encoder did not fit.

I think the plastic of the faceplate could be drilled to allow it to fit ,but the clear plastic behind it might be hard to drill without fracturing.

Do you happen to know the pn for the encoders used for bass/treble/fader, etc.? My volume has always had some bouncing, but now my bass drops out (comes back if I tap the bass knob). I figure it's time to replace them, since there's likely no simple cleaning solution.
