1995 850 Turbo - Weird whistle noise?

What a cracked intercooler looks like. Again, this would be down the list on possibilities.

Air rushes out of it, and the car develops little or no boost. (NO CODES thrown in this condition :shock:)

I had a similar situation and it was trim around the windshield. Wind would get under it some how and whistle. Not sure where it was exactly. Indy mechanic located and fixed it.

thank you so much for the replies, i was starting to lose hope. I will check the inter cooler itself and the piping later, all Ive done with the pipes so far is give them a tug to see how secure they are, is there anything i should know about taking them off the car to look out for? i feel like taking them off and just making sure they are seated correctly and in place would settle those worries.

cuhfs, its possible to be the windshield.. the trim around it is definitely aged, but it just seems like this noise is way too related to the boost needle and not so much outside wind speed, ill check it out anyways just to be sure.
