2011 S60 DRL settings. How to change default?

My S60 T6 MY2011 has the default setting of Low beam "ON" when the selector switch for lights is on "O". I would like to keep all lights off at that position, or at the best to have the lights come on auto if it gets dark.
How do I go about achieving this?
The service center is saying that there is a patch software to be downloaded, but it will cost.
Help please..
