Soo, decided to go have another go at it, and it's running fine again.. Drove it around the block a few times, it's warming up, not over heating, fans are acting normal again..

Don't you guys just love Volvos? I know I do.. :P

Update 2:
I decided to take my IAC off and clean it out. It was pretty dirty, and didn't want to move when I rocked it back and forth. Cleaned it off with some isopropyl alcohol, paper towels and cotton swabs, and got it pretty clean. Moves freely like normal now, seems to be running better, and holding an idle at start better. The IAC does function correctly as well as the connector is in good shape. Also, the hoses aren't in perfect condition, but they aren't cracking or hard as a rock. Just a little harder than normal.

Update again..:
After cleaning the IAC the rest of the way, I was able to drive the car again. Took it for about a hour drive down some back roads, then a small highway. Drove like a dream.

This morning, the car won't start again. Cooling fan keeps coming on and off and going into high mode, almost at random, and it sounds/smells like it's getting flooded out.

After some tinkering and a hand full of attempts later, it started as if there was nothing wrong. The RPMs started jumping again, then seemed to run fine after warming up a little bit, or maybe after burning the excess fuel off.

Below is a short clip of what my fan is doing, I was trying to read the codes and it started acting all funny on it's own. I didn't realize how loud the fan was in the video, so you can't really hear what I'm saying lol.
