2001 V70 T5. 210K miles with approx. 60-80K on "yellow" label ETM.
I've had an o2 issue for years...just lived with it and the CEL. It's the o2 sensor on top of the CAT hence why I've been to lazy to change...as this is our 3rd vehicle. This weekend I pulled codes via Vide Dice as I'm getting ready to sell off the car. Reset codes and for the first time in years the CEL for the o2 sensor didn't come back right away! Drove the car 100 miles to work and back and still no CEL but idle has gone to poop and will stall if car is in gear. N it just flux quite a bit! Not much power on freeway and as described in MADEINJAPAN's sticky post seems to follow a failed ETM.

You'll hear the AC clutch engage (issue occurs with and w/o AC on), and you'll see me rev the engine to induce it and in the 2nd half it does in fact idle rough.
I've got a video here for you to watch...does this seem like ETM to you?
I"m only in denial about it because (1) I'm trying to sell the car and (2) it happened exactly after resetting the codes and the CEL not coming back for the o2 sensor is odd! I just read codes again and o2 (trim level) is on the only thing listed.
Should I pull the ETM and clean it and the MAF to see if life improves and thus it's slowly failing and a cleaning just bought me some time?
video: does this seem like ETM failure?
