Anyone done a dash pad swap?

I have a 1994 850 and in that year Volvo put the black dash pad with the khaki color seats. Also, the speaker grills on the doors are black. I think it looks better than the later year interiors. There is a post on here somewhere on removing the instrument cluster and it should include pictures on removal of the dashpad. Like Klaus mentioned that plastic piece is brittle and snaps easily so (don't ask me how I know). Good luck.
