1997 850 wagon Doors don't open from inside

We had the ignition coil replaced and coincidentally since then the fuel door doesn't open. We are using the emergency hook inside the rear side panel, but I'd like to know if there is a replacement part that will fix this problem. The key no longer works when used on driver side door. We have to lock and unlock the car from front passenger door with key.

Additionally, 3 of the doors no longer open from inside, I've ordered the clips (volvo part #3538081) that I think are needed but they are on backorder and $13 each! I may have found a source for $17. but need to confirm they are in stock. If you know of a source, please let me know.
