2007 S40 Evaporator Temperature Sensor

Does anyone know how to replace the evaporator temperature sensor? The evaporator is freezing up and not allowing the air to flow through. The air through the vents is even restricted. However, if you cut off the a/c it will begin to thaw and it's like the a/c is still on since the ice is thawing out. As it thaws the fan blows harder and ultimately it clears up and you can then turn the a/c back on until it freezes again. Therefore, my conclusion is the Evap Temp Sensor. Now I need some guidance on how to access it.
