You'd need to confirm the ECT reads the correct temp into ECU and enables closed loop operation, otherwise o2 sensors will not read. If you don't have a code scanner have the garage read engine temp fully warm (coming out of ECU).

any one know what the normal operating temp of the engine is everything i have found just says the t stat starts to open at 180 thanks in advance

replaced the 02 sensor and all is fixed thanks for all the help and a handy piece of info Rock Auto sells all of the oem sensors for a discounted price I was able to get mine for about 90 dollars wich is a whole lot better than the 300 dollars that the dealer quoted me for the exact same sensor and part number thanks again
