1995 855 Stripped rear O2 sensor

Thanks for the advice. I have no welding tools. I could try the map gas to heat up the "bung". What is this "bung", BTW ?

Bung is the piece of metal that has the threads for the O2 sensor to screw into. The bung is welded to the pipe so you can insert the O2 sensor into it.

buy/borrow a mapp gas torch+vice grips

you want to heat up the exhaust pipe around the o2 sensor(the aforementioned bung and surrounding area) until it glows red(usually takes about ~30 seconds)
