1998 S70 T5M, one owner, ipd goodies - SoCal

I am selling my 1998 Volvo S70 T5M which is virtually a one-owner car (I purchased it from the original owner 3 months ago, i.e. 3 tanks of gas ago). This is a high mileage example (248k miles!) that has been diligently serviced and maintained throughout it's entire life by a Hughes (Aircraft) engineer. The car is in excellent mechanical condition, fair cosmetic condition, and comes with incredibly comprehensive service records. Having owned two 1998 T5M's in the past (the last of which was totaled around 2008), I purchased this as a third car on whim, since the owner lived right here in town. This particular example is probably the fastest car I've ever owned--it's a blast to drive. With my wife's input, though, I have come to realize I don't have room for it in my life and budget, so it's time to find the next long-term owner. Or, you can part this out for a manual swap and end up with a bunch of other ipd goodies as part of the deal.

Interior is very clean, but as you'd expect the driver's seat and armrest are a bit worn (even though both front seats were redone to the tune of $1200 in 2007)

Other known issues:
Cruise control seems to be inop--stopped working when I rebuilt the dash
Some of the power door locks are slow in hot weather, though the driver's door always works fine
Left hand turn signal sometimes doesn't self-cancel (also seems only to be a problem in hot weather)

Car comes with 100% comprehensive service records from new, including original window sticker and sales brochure. Also present are 3 spiral notebooks in which are recorded every single fuel fill up, oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance item since the first refueling at 699 miles on April 23, 1998 (at $1.29/gallon!).

Asking $2750, or will consider trades for 70's-vintage Japanese motorcycle (2 or 4 stroke)
