1996 850 Turbo -Swap seats from s60?

I have a 96 850 Turbo. The front seats are pretty much ruined. I found seats from 2002 S60, front all electric. I read some old threads on this, but I want to know if anyone with recent experience call tell me if that would be asking for pure heck to try to swap those.

Given enough time and money, nothing is impossible but it is certainly not plug and play. The mounts are completely different and the SIPS bags are not compatible.

Thanks Lee, that sounds like more than I want to tangle with.
I will continue my search for 850 seats.
