They both line up with cam cover seam.

Don't worry about the belt - use the new one.
The instructions will lead you to success. Use the cam locking tool.
Be very aware of the the words Unit and pulley. The unit is the body and the pulley is well - the pulley.
You are locking the 3 screw in center position and turning the entire locked Unit/pulley clockwise until the marks are correct and then tightening the center screw full torque ( 90 ft lbs with oiled bolt)
The 3 screws will always be in the center (or darn close) . never at full lock.
