1993 850 GLT Broken Front Spoiler and Air Guide, Help

Hi everyone,

I posted a short topic a few weeks back, explaining that I need to replace my 1993 850 GLT's front spoiler and air guide. I have had no luck finding a replacement for this (I'm on a budget unfortunately). Can anyone tell me, if in a pinch, whether or not I can fit a later year (model year) front bumper (complete or not) to my '93? I.e. could I fit an entire 1994 or later bumper to my '93 850 GLT? Is the mounting system, anchors, bolt patterns/placement, etc.. the same? I'm in a pinch to find a new bumper, partly out of desparation, partly out of lack of money, partly out of lack that I don't want to get a ticket for driving around without proper bumpers(?). I'm located around the central coast of California. If anyone has any suggestions/advice, I greatly appreciate it.

I think one of our members, Ben, modified a '93 to have the '94+ nose. Hopefully he will chime in and tell you what was involved. It is more than the bumper and the spoiler, I think the headlights and turn signals need to be changed as well for things to fit.

I also seem to recall that a member tried to fiberglass one back together but it didn't survive the first parking block he clipped.

Where are u located? I might be able to help with parts. But other wise no it won't fit
