I just found the paperwork for the timing belt, it was done in 2012. The odometer does not work so I will throw an educated estimate of 20K miles since then. The car shows 118K on the odometer, again you will have to trust me but an educated estimate is that it has 150K on it now.
I did plugs, wires, cap, rotor in the fall.
Suffered the "lawn mower" syndrome about 1 year ago.
Typical noise from the front passenger control arm bushing (I have a new bushing, was supposed to be next weekends project)
The radiator has a very small leak, at the hose, havent looked into it too much, it may be the hose or the fitting, or the rad itself. I have kept it topped off, so no overheating issues.
Front passenger tire has a slow leak, needs to be topped off every few days. tires have about 10k on them.
radio wont take the code anymore (I pulled the battery before letting it sit for the past month), havent done much research into this.
Interior is in ok shape, about what you would expect from 20year old leather.
the exterior has some minor surface scratches on the roof, but its straight not dented, and looks fine just the way it is. theres a small bit of damage on the lip under the front bumper. looks like the previous owner hit a parking block with it or something. theres a small gouge about the size of a quarter.
Bottom line: I dont have time to work on this car, I have enjoyed it and am ok with the idea of passing it on. I probably could dig into the issue and get her running again but since its not my primary vehicle and she is parked 30 miles away at my parents house, I am testing the waters. Its a platinum, so i know its rare, and volvo people will understand that, craigslist people will not. Its posted only here, not on the CL where i know it will get torn up or junked. I hope someone can breathe life into her once again.
Price is $750 as is, firm. If anyone is interested send me a message. Id rather the car go to a volvo enthusiast so i know that worst case is that the parts can be used to revive another project, or best case it becomes someones new project.
