2003 s80 T6 Turns over but will not start.

After driving my car merely 1/2 a mile to the store, I returned to it 10 mins later and it would turn over but would not start. We have replaced the fuel pump, filter, and We were told that there is a fuel pump relay in the trunk but we can't find any information as to where it is. Has anyone had this issue before? I am in desperate need of some quick answers.

CEM is not in the trunk! ! It's behind the steering column. It swings down.

Simple way is to remove a plug after some cranking to see if wet with gas. If yes, then place the plug on the block crank and look for spark.
