1998 V70 Front Spoiler modifications?

Hello, I have a few questions. I've been doing research on the V70 front spoiler and can't seem to find a place to order one. I'm not looking for the STOCK spoiler I am looking for a custom one with a lip, where can I find these? Or do the S70's fit onto the V70's? Any advice would me more then appreciated.

S70 and V70 are all the same (through 2000). The only variants are the R spoiler that has the lip and the XC version.

Ozark Lee - do I need to cut any access off the front spoiler I read somewhere there is a 3 inch difference. Or was this a lie? Lol! Do you know if it's a perfect fit?

I honestly don't know. I'm a halfway decent mechanic but when it comes to bodywork I have two left hands and I have never done anything on the front spoiler. I would assume that they all bolt up the same but don't take that to the bank.
