2001 S60 Base P0303 & P0442

Hello folks,

I recently took a trip to DC (about a 6 hr drive each way for me.) On the way down, some time after fueling, I noticed my CEL came on. The car began to run a little rough, but not so much that it inhibited the driving ability so much. I did notice that at cruise (~65 mph), I was doing about 3300 rpm. Pardon my ignorance, but is this high?

Anyways, I pulled the codes, and got a P0303 & P0442. I understand the this is a Cylinder #3 midfire and Small Evap Leak. Could this be related to my fueling, maybe a gas-cap o-ring? Also, I found this video on Youtube, is this a similar prob on the S60 as well?

Any input is helpful, thank you!

It's possible that gas cap was loose, try resetting the codes and refill with fresh gas.

Well, apparently I spoke too soon. The P0442 popped up again today. So, could this be the j-hose? Where exactly is it located on the S60? Thanks!
