1988 240 Wagon No start/Cold start
I am new to Volvo's and I have just replaced the fuel pump relay, main fuel pump and fuel filter and I am still having trouble starting first thing after it has been setting overnight or for more than 6 hours. I am lost as I am just learning about Volvo and I am hoping for some guidelines or cheap fixes as I am on a very limited budget and broke. Thanks for any help. I have been running the battery down trying to get it to start and requiring a jump, after a jump start the car runs fine and starts fine after until the next time it sets for an extended period of time.

Don't have a test light, any other things to check; I have been checking for grounds that are dirty, plugs that might be fouled and anything else that I can think of. Seems like moisture might have something to do with it, when I finally got it to start today I didn't even need a jump though I knew that battery was really low from trying earlier. Started right up with no problems it was several hours later and everything around the car had dried up, sounds silly but I just don't know what it is or why it happens when it does.
