Perhaps by trying to clean the PCV you actually blocked it. The 130 psi is not healthy and should be between 200 and 210 for a healthy non turbo engine. That factor alone can cause excess blow-by into the crankcase however if it wasn't there to begin with.......

The best service of a PCV is a replacement.

Thanks Mike. If the 130 is not good perhaps I should be looking for a used engine. I don't have the knowledge to do rings and pistons and the rest that goes along with that. Any suggestions on what to look for in a used engine? I don't want to retire this car but it is not worth paying any one else to do the heavy labor on it.
