2002 V70 2.4 Where is J-Hose (code P0442)

I'm getting code P0442 and want to check the J-Hose since that seems to be a likely culprit.

There are several conflicting instructions where exactly the charcoal canister and J-Hose are located but it sounds like the 2002 V70 2.4 (non-turbo) might have it behind the rear driver side wheel.

Can anyone confirm?

Hi Andrew
not 100% sure of the V70 but in a S60 2.4l non-turbo was located on the rear subframe in the center.
had to lower the muffler in order to get access to it, hope it helps good luck.

Yup, it's in the rear center and after taking off the left rear wheel it's easily visible. My J hose was cracked so I'm guessing that's the cause of the code.
