'99 S70 -- Adding Under Seat Amp -- Where does it Mount?

I'm trying to pimp my ride and need some help with location of the underseat amp. The name would suggest it goes, well, under the seat, and my best guess is that it would appear to bolt to the floor under the front passenger seat, but I can't seem to find any holes/flaps in the carpet suggesting location. Can anybody help out with a pic/drawing? Thanks much.

Factory amp?
On these (IIRC) the bolt holes are either on the floor right against the console or they may be slightly up the side of the tunnel (1/2" or so) I just don't remember, it's been a while (few years).
On a P2 they're on the floor but that amp has a different shape

Depending on which one it is it may bolt up directly behind the head unit, that is where it is on my Platinum anyway. It takes a couple of brackets that more or less straddle the tunnel.

Factory 4 X 50 amp designed for underseat mounting. I have it in and mounted now. Just have to run the wires and pull the dash to add center speaker dash. What's the best access to mount a Dolby Prologic Unit?
