If you need the radio code you need to either call or visit a dealership. If the radio is original to the car the code can be found by using the VIN number but often the radio has been replaced. In that case you need all of the numbers on the label for the dealership to look it up.

I usually deal with the parts counter rather than service and just remove the radio and set it on the parts counter for them.

If there is a 4 digit number handwritten on the radio case anywhere with a Sharpie or something that is the code.
