2010 S80 USB/Media connector replacement RFI

I'm hoping some kind hearted soul can offer instructions on how to remove & replace the USB connector inside the armrest console. I'm also interested in instructions for removing & replacing the glove box light socket. Thanks in advance- Tim :?:
