2001 V702.3L Turbo Injectors not Injecting

I just installed a replacement engine, I have a spark but no injection. I have fuel pressure at the rail and the injector fuse (#6 in the engine bay fuse box) is fine. Car will run when I spray ether into the intake manifold so I know I have spark. Car was running when the old engine threw a rod, what am I missing?
Is there an injector relay?

I just used a light to see if the fuse is getting any power and it is getting power after i stop cranking but not while the car is turning over. the light stays lit for a few seconds after i stop cranking then shuts off.
I would have already trailered it to the dealer but it is a 2 hour drive.

Did you match ECU to the new engine when you did the swap? The late P80s need all electronics to be matched or else they won't work.

Sounds like relay FMA2 or fuel inj relay shuts off and cuts power to injectors. ECU controls that. Can you lock/unlock car with your key fob?

do not have a key fob, just a key. so do you think it's an anti theft guard? where is the injector relay?

Fuel inj relay is in engine bay electrical box, driver side. I'm thinking the immobilizer shuts down relay.

You need a VIDA DICE setup to match the hardware and software of the car with the installed components. From 1999 on, this is the case. There is a sub forum on this software down below.

Alternatively, a dealer or good independent who knows Volvo can do this for you in about one hour
