1999 V70 T5 PCV separator box mounting question

oops - actually, the boss is toward the trap side in that thread, not the engine side.

To close loop I put it to trap side. A shot of silicone made it easy to slip on. I didn't want any oil to get on it. Uh-oh.

The FCP video on how to do a PCV change shows him inserting it with the black collar nearest the black box with the silver bit touching the block. So if thats wrong you can sue FCP.
