1995 940 sedan non turbo, transmission

It's not shifting to fourth gear , Speedometer , odometer,and horn not working.
It shifts real smooth thru 1st, 2nd , it just seem to whine but never get to 4th gear

Hmm, install a AW71L, and the issue goes away.

This trans has an overdrive lockout. Maybe the overdrive relay system isn't working properly. I have installed an IPD overdrive bypass plate on my 1988 765 Turbo. This cured my issues with overdrive not engaging.

Kickdown cable may be the issue if 3rd and 4th gears are not being engaged.
