2008 XC90 Shaking at 40mph

2008 XC90 Shaking at 40mph

I had the bevel gear replaced at a dealer this winter. Since then the car shakes/bumps like a wheel is out of balance when I approach 40mph in city driving. When I accelerate at highway speeds, it doesn't happen. It doesn't always happen. Occasionally it has happened at 20 or so.
It has been the same level of occurrence for 4 months.
I would appreciate any histories that I can share with my Volvo dealer mechanic.
