1994 850 GLE and 1998 XC Parts interchangability?

Post by Carboncopy »

Hi all,

Before I send my XC to the scrapyard, I was wondering what parts interchange between the two so I can pull them off the XC. I know stuff like the starter, alternator and battery does, but what else if anything?

Thanks in advance.

Where in Canada are you?
Doors and glass are the same. interior door panels are different. Seats and interior are interchangeable, with seatbelt moorings, and seatbelts. There are some wiring issues, but they will not throw an SAS code in the OBD I '94.
There is more, but those come to mind.
1993 850 GLT , You wouldn't know it.
1996 850 Turbo Wagon White.
1995 T-5R Black. New work in progress.
1998 V70 XC Cross Country White.
1994 850 N/A Wagon Black.
1997 850 Sedan Black.
1996 850R Wagon White.
1997 850 Sedan Red ( not white or black!)

I am in Ontario and thank you, I will pull the front seats and seatbelts then. The heated seats in the 94 don't seem very good.
