2005 S80 Window Weather Stripping

The rubber along the outside bottom edge of the windows is just rotting away. I'm worried about water getting in the door (plus it looks terrible!) As an aside, it seems odd that it happened because this car has been garage kept since new whereas my 1998 S70 has lived outside in Dallas, Phoenix, Stillwak OK, and Galveston since new and the rubber is like new. Both have only had Lexol Vinyl treatment a few times a year but nothing else.Oh well.........
How does one replace it? I've looked for screws/clips but can't see any.

I actually have that very same problem on my Volvo.. I have a Volvo S80 2.5T A5 and my weatherstripping is pretty worn out all the way around the car.. If I find out anything I'll post it...
