Sunroof bracket

I am sure this must have been covered I just can't find it I am repairing my sunroof leak and one of my brackets is broken I have attached a picture of the good one I would like to know how to remove the broken one.

OK I got the bracket of I cant believe they used aluminium and steel riveted together were it pivots that combined with a lack of use and lubricant caused the pivot to seize and in turn the bracket to brake

Read all my rants on the rear AWD P80 Sub-frame! Aluminum and steel just don't mix well! I guess they tried to build obsolescence into the vehicles so they don't last too long! Good luck with the fix!

For anyone with the same problem I drilled the rivet out connecting the bracket to the plastic that I separated from its other half by levering it out at the end the halves are connected I replaced the rivet with a small machine screw male and female I have attached a photo because I am crap at explaining things.
