Hi everyone I have a back door on the passengers side that started sticking and now has failed altogether it seem to not be disengaging properly at first but you could pull the door open but now it has failed all together what is my best plan of attack?

Pull the door panel and make sure the handle hook is still attached. If it is, the latch is likely bad.
