'98 V70 5 spd, base - Part ID Needed; collar near gas tank

While replacing the passenger-side rear brake caliper on my FWD '98 V70, non-turbo, I noticed a metal collar between the filler pipe and gas tank. It is 3/4 rusted away and the remainder has the consistency of baklava. It has some sort of band clamp around it and may originally have consisted of two halves. Anybody have any idea what this part is and what a part number may be if I need to obtain a replacement? Thanks.

FCP lists a "filler neck retaining sleeve" -- PN 3531428, but it appears to be only half of the part I need.

Hi Evan,

From Vida for a 98 V70, using the part number you give, you need 2 of these. The picture I am looking at shows the tank, then a seal/gasket (Part # 6842188), then the check valve (part # 9135119), 1 6 point socket screw (part # 986160), the 2 clamps (part # 3531428 x 2), 2 flange screws to hols the clamp together (part # 982758 x 2) then it attaches to the pipe that runs up to the filler inlet.
