Not sure what I'm looking at
I pulled my bulb failure relay and reflows the solder connections attempting to fix a issue in having with a brake light yesterday. It didn't fix my issue but I found this broken piece of plastic attached to what appears to be a small bulb. I don't believe this is the reason for my issue but any idea on what this is and if it's something I need to repair. Thanks
