Hey guys:
I have a problem with my headlights that I've seen discussed before. When I switch the headlights to ON with the engine running, everything goes out. No lights on anywhere. The only way to get any headlight response is to pull back on the beam changer and hold it.
There is no relay click and I'm not measuring any power at the fuses for the headlights. Tried another relay and switch with no change, so this issue appears to lie somewhere else. I saw several comments about the radio wiring, which I checked. It's the factory SR-7145 and the wiring is intact, but....the illumination in the radio and tape deck below is non-functional.
So, I know from my prior 240 ownership that these cars are relay monsters, so is there is there another relay in the headlight circuit? I saw a mention of a relay controlling the high and low beam changing.
If not, a point in the direction of a good schematic would help me a ton, since I am good with wiring and such after I know at least where to start.
Thanks.

Also look for a retangular relay marked with an "A" or an "E" or both. It's the headlight relay.
