ive done research and tried most fixes that have been suggested with only minor improvement.
The brakes feel like they are manual, with no power assist. I can slam the brakes on at low speed and they don't grab hard. Also, at a dead stop, I have to press hard to just keep it from rolling.
I've done the following:
New pads and rotors all around
Fluid flush(rr,lr,rf,lf) using power bleeder
Checked vacuum line to brake booster
Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated

Before pulling too much apart, try replacing the check valve at the booster. I had problems with my 'R' and it appears these can cause problems by not holding boost pressure.
Follow the vacuum pipe up to the front to the booster casing and where the pipe stops/connects is a white junction which is the valve. Remove the pipe from the white junction and pull the valve and replace it. See if you can find one at a junk yard to test.
Neil.

I second @scot850. I believe they are a one way valve so you should be able to blow through it one way and not the other.
