I have an Innova 3600 series code reader and when Im on live reading with engine warmed up and idling its reading OL on the fuel system. Since there is no code being thrown for the fuel system or anything else is this normal? Thanks in advance to anyone that can chime in.

I haven't used one of these readers, and I'm sure there are lots of other people who have more experience and knowledge about the engine control system than I do, but it sounds like the tool is reporting that the engine has not entered closed loop control. If the car is fully warmed up and everything is working as it should, this is not normal. My limited understanding of the system is that once the engine coolant temperature and oxygen sensors reach normal operating temperature (and probably a bunch of other conditions are met too), then the system will go into closed loop mode. Others can offer much more specific advice on things to check. If you can read the live data, one thing I can think of to check would be to see if the engine coolant temperature is reading a value in the normal range.
Can you upload the live data that you are getting so we can take a look?
Good luck!
