98 V70 Tail light lens removal

98 V70 Tail light lens removal

Do you have to remove the upper tail light lens to remove the lower lens? By just looking at bottom lens it looks like it wont come off without also removing the upper one. I'm replacing the left and right outboard tailgate bump stops and it looks like the only way to access the attach bolts is to remove the bottom lens.

I did that yesterday and only found one for the upper tail lights. I didn't watch it because my wife was watching TV. I'll probably look at it tonight since I would guess that removing the lower ones involves the same steps.
