Based purely on the stainless quality, the RSA is made of the 'Good' T304 stainless whereas the other 3 are made of T409. Many years ago I had a stainless muffler system made up for a GM vehicle in the UK and after 4 years it was still shiny and bright like new. I have a system fitted to my 2000 V70R from Eurosport (fitted by PO) about 4 years go and 50k miles) and it is very rusty already particularly at the flanges. If you get a lot of salt on the roads in your area, you may want to take that into account. If I could get the twin outlet system for my AWD 'R' I would make that a priority. Which is best? Not sure if anyone will be able to advise you. The Eurosport system I have is OK and not too loud.

I'm always a fan of longevity myself. Go with the good steel.

On another note, I've never modified a stock exhaust, do these kits require welding? Or do you mate them with gaskets, etc?

The Eurosport system fitted to my car fits to the existing system with no modification. Can't answer for the FWD systems listed.

Stainless will rust if the welds aren't prepped correctly or if you use the wrong filler metal. Choose a good exhaust shop.

I have the Eurosport catback as well as an OBX downpipe (with *cough* no cat) and a straight pipe connecting the two. The previous owner, who made the setup, put a video on The You Tubes:

On the inside it sounded good above 3000, sometimes a bit too loud below but not excessive. On the highway it was fine. I'd do full days behind the wheel without it bothering me.

Never heard it from the outside besides idle, which I did record:

It wasn't idling 100% right there, but imagine that being a little smoother and you've got the picture. One time I did try to record a good acceleration video, but it came out sounding super crackly and windy and you couldn't hear the exhaust at all.

I recently smashed it on a curb, so right now it sounds like ass and I can't hear myself think. I'm going to have to replace or at least repair some pieces of this setup due to accident damage, but while it was together it sounded good. If I were to do it from scratch I'd keep the catalytic converter - don't like spewing all that bad stuff into the air, and it might quiet the car down a bit at lower revs.

If you go with the RSA system and don't need the extra angle flange downpipe, I will take it off your hands and help offset some of the cost!

No problem Seaway. I have a straight flange. I'll let you know.
