2013 XC90 Transmission servic required yellow

Hi All,

Today I got stuck in sand dunes had to be winched out by a Volvo assistance contractor with me using the throttle whilst he was winching.

Prior to assistance arriving we tried to release the vehicle and transmission fluid hot warning message came on no lights.

Car pulled out with the winch drove off road for a mile or so after, stopped then back in vehicle and clutch seemed to be slipping going up steep hills.

Got home light off, went for a short drive all ok, on way back up hills and warning triangle came on again and engine management light.

Clearly needs to go to a dealer but any comment or advice that will allow me to sleep tonight would be welcome.
