1998 v70 no power to blower motor or ac controls

1998 v70 no power to blower motor or ac controls

I have no power to the blower motor or ac controls. Also, in the radio window it says code. What can be my problem?

Fuse.
2004 V70 2.5T 100K+
2005 XC90 2.5T 110K+

I checked the fuses and they are ok. I did not check the circuit breaker yet.
