2006 s60 heat/ac blower wont shut off

2006 s60 heat/ac blower wont shut off

my blower wont shut off even with key out pulled fuse it went off now it wont come back on

You have to put the fuse back.

It's normal for later Volvos to run the fan after shutdown, starting in 1999

i put the fuse back in. it kept running till battery died now it wont come on at all
