2008 XC70 front suspension rattle

Over the past month or two, a rattle has developed in the front suspension when the car is driven over even a slightly bumpy surface, especially noticeable at speeds less than 30 MPH. The car has 130k miles on it. I checked the swaybar end links and lower control arms, which seem good (no play). I should probably check for worn spring seats, which went bad on our V70? Any other ideas?
