2004 volvo xc90 steering is hard and pulling to the right
my steering is very hard to maneuver and pulling to the right, what caused that to happen?

Might be two different issues. Depends how hard does it pull. If you keep the steering wheel right at the center on highway, does the car go straight? Tire pressure is equal in front? Tire wear is normal?
For the hard to turn, I would suspect the lower coupler for having seized, in the first place.
If that checks fine, the power steering pumps do wear in time (refurbished ones are not much better). The fluid must be the green one. The top strut bearing also can wear and make the steering hard.
