2002 C70 Transmission bumping, harsh shifting

No, I meant that you can remove the solenoids from the valvebody whilst leaving the valvebody in place.
Dropping the subframe is still required.
Sorry for the confusion.

You need a new valvebody, PERIOD
Whether you replace the solenoids or install a rebuilt V/B is up to you (all the same thing).
I prefer a properly rebuilt valvebody, that will most likely solve your problem.
You can change fluids to your heart's content, that will not fix this

Goldmandan, did you resolve this with solenoids or valvebody?

I sold the car so I didn't deal with the "bumping" I think the solenoids would have done it though.
